Natalie Taylor | HR Manager
Having progressed through the ranks here at Dennis Allen, I was offered the position of HR Manager as I have previous experience in this field. I had no hesitation in accepting the promotion as I can see the company is thriving and has a bright future which i wish to be a part of.
I have taken to the role of HR Manger easily and enjoy each minute of the working day.
I believe I have made the correct decision moving to Dennis Allen. Having worked my way up the ladder and now being at the forefront of the company in my position, I see the progress and growth that Dennis Allen has made in the short time I have been here. I am excited at the prospects I can achieve when I see Alan already putting plans in place to open our second office with talks of more in the near future. The office environment and atmosphere is way ahead of any I have experienced previously and each day my colleagues attitude are of such a high standard it is simply uplifting.

I was employed by Dennis Allen in August in the role of receptionist. I have now (December) been promoted to PA. I am currently responsible for 3 Dennis Allen Branches. It is an extremely challenging role which tests me every day.
I thoroughly enjoy the fast paced environment and am grateful for the rapid progression that I have achieved within the company. I also witness the progression my colleagues are making which makes for an excellent working environment.
In my observation, the entire team at Dennis Allen is dynamic and adaptable. The support I have received has been phenomenal, and I look forward to a long and successful career.

After joining Dennis Allen in Mid-August of 2009 as a trainee sales person, I very quickly realised that with commitment, hard work and a positive attitude that the chance of progression within the company was huge, despite being a mature member of the team, this has not been an issue.
With the help and guidance of the other members of the team throughout my training, it soon became apparent that this is a company that is going forward, with fantastic awards if prepared to put in the effort, providing the best product on the market. I joined Dennis Allen Management in October 2009 and have not looked back. I have over twenty years experience in retail, starting when I was eighteen, part time to support my studies. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all the different characters I have met in my career and continue to show a genuine interest in others and their personal lives as this helps me understand how to lead my team best build positive professional relationships both internally and externally. I believe in maintaining a healthy body and healthy mind and enjoy exercise to keep fit. I enjoy working in a challenging environment and I believe a flexible, fair and fun culture is fundamental to delivering long lasting results with a loyal team. I have an honest and direct leadership style that coaches, develops and empowers others to deliver outstanding results. Over the duration of my career I have developed strong business acumen with an acute eye for detail and an ability to recognise talent all of which helps deliver and build resilient customer relationships. I am a strategic planner and am quick to analyse information and can react to obstacles taking calculated risks. I have found my ability to adapt to change is very strong and my transferable skills are a great asset which have enabled me to progress quickly withn Dennis Allen Management. The mentoring and support from Alan Gray since joining has contributed to my success. I now see a promising, bright and lucrative future with Dennis Allen Management.

After I finished my Master degree in Telecommunication business management, I started my career in the marketing and sales fields. Since I joined Dennis Allen as a Team Leader In September 2009, I made a great effort to employ my knowledge and experience to improve myself and my team to the best standards. As a result I became the manager of Greater Manchester.
It was very exciting to have this great opportunity with such a rapidly growing company I will keep doing my best for the progression of my company while enjoying its fantastic atmosphere.
